Enrolling your Child:
We encourage families to stop in and tour the school for a pre-enrollment visit.  During the tour families can learn more about the programs offered and have the opportunity to view the facility.
 
Enrollment requires the following documents to be submitted for our records:
Child's Application for Child Care
Picture Permission Form
Discipline and Behavior Management Policy
Sick Child Policy
Required Signatures
Immunization History *please ask your doctor for this form
Children's Medical Report

Tuition Express Authorization Form

Open Door Policy:
Heritage Children's Academy has an open door policy.  Families are welcome to visit anytime during the school day.

        



Things to Know:

  • HCA is a BAG-FREE school (this includes tote bags and backpacks)

  • Closed-toe shoes ONLY

  • HCA is a NUT-FREE facility
